# How we work

1. **Request and site survey:** Tell us what you need; for maintenance or fit-out we survey the site.
2. **Quotation:** Written, itemised, with quantities, validity and clear terms.
3. **Purchase order:** You approve the quotation with your purchase order.
4. **Delivery:** We supply, or carry out the work under the UTS licence with our team and specialist workshops we contract under a quality framework, and we supervise it.
5. **Handover:** A delivery note for supplies and a final acceptance certificate for works, signed by you.
6. **Invoice:** After acceptance.

## The papers you receive

Five documents, each at its time, protecting your rights and ours.

- **Quotation:** Items, quantities, validity, payment terms and what the quotation excludes.
- **Purchase order:** Yours: it approves the quotation and starts the work.
- **Delivery note:** For supplies: what was delivered and in what quantities, signed by the recipient.
- **Final acceptance certificate:** For works: it confirms the work is done as quoted, signed by you.
- **Invoice:** Issued after acceptance, not before.

## Our team and specialist workshops, one partner for you

We carry out maintenance and rehabilitation under the UTS licence, with our team and specialist workshops we contract under a framework agreement that binds them to our quality and timing standards. You deal with us alone: we write the quotation, supervise the work, hand it over to you, and stay responsible for quality and timing.

### Who does Tawreed work for?

Companies, hotels and organisations in Qatar: any facility that needs its operating supplies, the maintenance and rehabilitation of its premises, or its equipment and software.

### Can I order supplies and maintenance in one request?

Yes. One quotation covers what you need from all three sectors, with one invoice after acceptance.

### Who carries out maintenance and rehabilitation?

We do, under the UTS licence, with our team and specialist workshops we contract under a quality framework, and we stay responsible to you for quality and timing.

### Do you survey the site before quoting?

For maintenance and rehabilitation, yes: we survey the site and take the measurements, then write the quotation.

### What documents do I receive?

A written quotation with items, quantities and validity; then a delivery note for supplies or a final acceptance certificate for works, signed by you; then the invoice.

### Why don't you publish prices?

Because items, quantities and sites differ from one facility to the next. The prices are in the written quotation for your request.
